I had a minor issue with my Real Steel knife after using it for a while, so I reached out to their support to ask about the warranty. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting it to be super smooth, but they got back to me quickly and just asked for a few photos to see what was going on.

They handled it in a reasonable way and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. The person I dealt with was polite, and the whole thing felt straightforward. Credit where it’s due, I’m happy with how they took care of it

They’ve got a good range of knives, like enough options that you can actually find something decent. Only thing is the filters are kind of not great, so you gotta do a bit more digging than you should

I picked up one of their folders it’s been really solid so far. No blade play, the grind looks clean, and the handle feels tight with none of that cheap rattly stuff you get on some knives.
I’ve been using it for boxes and a bit of outdoor work, and it still locks up nice. I guess whoever runs this actually cares about the fit and finish, because it doesn’t feel like they cut corners. Happy with it.

Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but everything arrived safely and as described, which I appreciate. The only thing I’d improve is the packaging, since it felt a little basic. Still, for the money, I’d say it’s a solid buy and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I’ve used this quite a bit and the edge is still holding up really well. I expected it to dull faster, honestly. It’s not absolutely perfect, though that’s probably me being picky, but for heavy use, it’s stayed sharp way longer than I thought it would

I got my knife from realsteelknives.com, the handle feels really good. Like, the second I picked it up I was thinking, okay yeah, this is comfortable. The grip is solid, and I haven’t noticed any hot spots so far, which is always the thing I quietly worry about with new knives. My only little complaint is that it’s a bit chunky in the pocket. Not terrible, but definitely noticeable. Still, actually using it feels great, so I’m happy with it overall. 4 stars.

I really like the design of this knife. It’s simple, but in a good way, like, nothing feels overdone. The little details make it seem like they actually put some thought into it.

The knife itself was fine, but the packaging was rough when it arrievd. The box was crushed on one side and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. For something sharp and not exactly cheap, I really expected it to be packed a bit better. Luckily nothing was broken, but it just didn’t feel like much care was put into it

Got my knife from realsteelknives.com the fit and finish is really nice. No weird gaps or anything, blade came centered, and it just feels solid in the hand. Edges are clean too, which I always notice. For the price I’m happy with it tbh. Easy 5 stars from me.

I’ve had mine for a few months now and it’s definitely taken some abuse. I’ve used it camping and for everyday stuff like cutting up boxes, and it still locks up solid. The blade hasn’t chipped either, which is nice to see. Any little scuffs are avoidable if you’re careful, but I haven’t been babying it at all. No real complaints from me.

It feels stiff and a bit rough, even after I spent some time trying to break it in. The lockup is usually okay, but there were a couple times where it didn’t feel completely solid, which doesn’t inspire a ton of confidence. It kept an edge well and didn’t give me that soft, cheap feel I’ve had with some other knives. I also assumed sharpening might be a hassle, but it was straightforward. Overall, it feels like a fair deal, and I’d probably buy from them again
